Derald is the original founder of Forest Park Mortgage, opened in 1971. Derald is the company’s Vice President. Derald has a combined 60 years of experience in Mortgage Lending, Escrow, and Real Estate Sales. Derald previously held a Designated Mortgage Brokers License, Escrow LPO/DEO license, and a Real Estate Brokers license. Derald was once nick-named by a Real Estate professional as the “Living Dictionary” for his vast knowledge of Mortgage Lending, Escrow and the Real Estate business. Derald currently works as an advisor to the company, as well as performs many interoffice duties. Derald is a graduate of the University Of Washington, and spent 3 years in the US Airforce.
On Derald’s time away from the office he enjoys sports, Music, spending time with family & friends, and the many projects around his yard and home.

Greg has over 30 years of Mortgage lending experience, learning the business at an early age from the ground up, giving his customers the comfort of knowing their transaction is in good hands.
