Derald C Manning
Derald Manning was the original founder of Forest Park Mortgage, company opened in 1971. Derald passed away in 2022 at ninety-two years old, living a long happy life. Derald had over sixty years of combined experience in Mortgage Lending, Escrow, and Real Estate Sales. Even in his nineties, Derald loved coming into the office daily, offering his decades of experience as an advisor to the
company. Derald’s wisdom, and integrity shines on the company still to this day. Derald was a graduate of the University of Washington and spent three years in
the US Air Force. On Derald’s time away from the office he enjoyed sports, music,
spending time with his family, friends, and many projects around his yard and
home.
